KHALIL RAMLY (PAK TEH)
Founder & CEO
KR Search's Primary Consultant is Mohamad Khaliludin Ramly, 67 years of age (as of 2017). He served the Government initially in the Selangor State Public Library Corporation in 1971 and then the Prime Minister’s Department in 1975.
​
He left in 1983 and joined the International Committee for the Management of Population Programs (ICOMP) and later in 1987, joined the ASEAN Food Handling Bureau, initially as Information Officer, later becoming the organization’s Director.
​
In 1995, he joined PA Consulting Group, a UK-based recruitment and executive search company. He joined initially as Consultant and left in 1997 as Head of Recruitment. He established KR Search in 1998.

FAISAL KHALIL
Consultant
Faisal has garnered almost 20 years of hands-on operational experience in marketing, selling and developing new businesses in large service-oriented companies including Colgate-Palmolive, Astro, The Star and Media Prima as well as technology start-ups, Mudah.my and Carousell.
With more than 10 years of leadership experience in various organisational types (MNCs & GLCs) and structures (corporate & start-ups) working with a varied talent pool (Baby Boomers, Gen-X, Gen-Y & Millennials), he brings relevant understanding of today's work environment in the need for balance between technical fit and culture compatibility.
